ITSM Time Recording, time unit updated is incorrect
We have activated Time Recording in Incident Management.
But if someone is trying to maintain the Time 10 it gets updated as 10,000 and not 10.000.
Can anyone please suggest how we can change the separator sysmbol in this case.
This setting is user-dependent.
You can fix this in ABAP stack of your Solution Manager system -
SU01 --> Tab Defaults --> Field Decimal Notation
You can select the format from the 3 available options in the drop down list.
