Collective Step config for MIGO for Goods Receipt

Hi ,

   I am creating goods receipt in MIGO(Goods Receipt + Purchase Order + GR  Goods Receipt  as 101. There are multiple line items.

  But when i select Collective Step checkbox and post it will create individual records in MB90 Tcode. But i want it to be create single record in MB90.

Please help on this.

Dear Sudheer,

Kindly try the same with Individual Slip "1" and try.

• Individual slip
  In this case, one GR/GI slip is printed out for each item.

Hi Karan,

   its working fine with Individual Slip. But when i select collective Step checkbox and select post then GR/GI slip is printed out for each item. But it should be printed on single slip for multiple items.

Could you please help on this.

Dear Sudheer,

Kindly ensure the configuration setting is correctly done as per below

1. Print parameter is maintained - 7 (Plant / Storage location).

2. Dispatch time - 3 (Default Values)

3. Transmission Medium - 1 (Default Value)

  could you please let me know where should i configure those settings as i am ABAPer..

  There is no specific consultant for MM.

Dear Sudheer,

Kindly go to the transaction M706,  then select your output type and click detail icon.

Here you can see the Dispatch Time and Transmission Medium under Default Values and Print Parameters under Print tab

-->WE03 has already been configured in M706

Default Values

--Send with periodically scheduled job

Transmission medium --Print output

Print Tab;

Print Param---User parameters

Even for WE01 has been configured for the same with above valeus.

But using WE01 its working fine .But using WE03 its not working.

  I have modified the setting of WE03 in M706Tcode.

   Please find the below details

Print Tab : Plant/Storage Location

Default Values Tab:

                Dispatch Time : Send Immediately(when saving the application)

                Transission Medium : Print Output.

But i am not able to see the the out put in MB90.

Please help on this..
