SolMan 7.1: ITSM activation of CRM functions for Service Orders, Contracts, Pricing & Quotes

Hi

I have a requirement to activate CRM functions in SolMan ITSM for setting-up Service Orders , Service Contracts, Pricing and Quotes. If anybody have knowledge or experience in activating this functionality in SolMan 7.1 SP12 your feedback will be appreciated. I believe this is possible but cannot find any information related to this specific development.

Hi Martin,

we write to SAP Support about a point  "activate CRM functions in SolMan ITSM for setting-up Service Orders , Service Contracts, Pricing and Quotes". This point isn't possible in Solution Manager 7.1  SP5 and above, I wasn't  checked 7.2.

The answer was :

From this point, the only recommendation I can do is try to influence in SAP development in order to ask them to provide this functionallity https://service.sap.com/influence.

Please do this in https://service.sap.com/influence , I will do either !

Hi Martin Wagner,

The scn link http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-46493 said  "Service Contracts in SPS 05 are not supported at the moment by SAP".

I will try to figure out other way to do these CRM functions.

It’s important to manage customers.
