During optimizer planning getting error: Optimizer not called; locked objects exist

I am doing optimizer planning and getting following error;

Optimizer not called; locked objects exist

Please put some lights on solution

Hi,

Can you please check the log by following the below path

NWBC > Application Administration > General Settings > Remote Control and Communication Framework > Log > Log Display

This is the explanation Log of the optimizer

But before that make sure that the parameter /SCMTMS/EXP with value X is set in the user id

Also for performance reason you need to regularly delete the log with the report /SCMTMS/PLN_EXP_DELETE
