Hi all !
How to make a survey with reference to the incident?
I have SM 7.1 SP1.Now we all made the following
- Mail out
- The user fills out the survey
- The answer comes.
But there is nowhere to bind to the ID of the incident
.
It is impossible to determine to which the incident is completed survey

I guess you can do this at tcode CRM_SURVEY_SUITE add the number of ticket.

Hi Tatyana,
this is available 7.1 SP05 onwards so you need to first do an upgrade
check below further
