Hello, help me please.
We are not VAR, we are client of SAP and we want send support message to SAP directly, but role SOLMANPRO for users is too extended. Role SOLMANREQU is good interface but it do not have a button "Sent to SAP".
Tell me, How to add the button to the role that the users would have been able to send messages to yourself in SAP

End user don't send ticket to SAP directly and this is the reason this block is not available in end user business role.
in order to achieve your requirement ..you can copy solmanpro to your requirement as zsolmanpro or ysolmanpro etc

Hi Evgeniy,
Adding Button is not easy and requires development which is not required
you can customize the standard Business role with Z* namespace just with configuration & then you can enable
SAP Component - Assignment block
this has the "Sent to SAP" button and will serve your requirement.
