VA14L is displaying sales orders along with line items

VA14L resulting in line items where as it should be at header label.

Hi Umakanth,

The report SDLIEFSPE (VA14L) is not designed to restrict the selection
of delivery blocks on line item level. This report selects every sales
order which has any kind of delivery block (user status, credit,
delivery block) on header level and on schedule line level. The report
only displays the delivery block defined at the header level
VBAK-LIFSK or at the schedule line level VBEP-LIFSP.

It explains why the behaviour was changed and how it can be reset by
a modification.
