stock consider as an Asset

Dear all,

i am facing a scenario in manufacturing companies of gloves (Formers) is consider as a stock and for reporting purpose they show in an asset accounting in legacy system now in SAP how to map below is transaction business do.

1 intercompany transfer (very frequently)

2 charging the dep or reducing the value of the former

any help on this is appreciated.

Hi Satyendra,

Have you inventorized the stock in SAP? If yes, then you have to issue the material to asset by movement type 241. Then system will post the below entry:

Asset A/c Dr

Inventory A/c Cr
