We have set up the new functionality to attach a DMS document directly to a maintenance task list header or operation. However when I try to add an existing document to the task list (using tcode IA06), the search results only shows a partial list of existing documents. I haven't been able to find any rhyme or reason to what is displayed in the search (document type, document status, content repository, date of creation, etc). If they show up in the list they attach OK, or if I create them from the IA06 transaction. Has anyone else run into this? Thanks for any info.
My mistake, I was searching by description and the descriptions were blank, so they didn't show up.
