QM Certification Issue during GR

Hello Experts,

We have an issue during GR QM certificate and cannot find any similar solution on SDN.

Here is our problem ---

We did a GR for Purchase Order with QM Certificate required active and it works as expected.

For the second GR for the same purchase order and same batch we get below shown error -

"A category *** inspected cert. is also required for follow-up deliveries"

Message no. QA313

In Material Master in QM  we have

QM Proc active - Checked

Control key - Maintained

Certificate - Maintained

Inspection Type - 01 - Lot creation for material, batch and storage location.

Please advise if there is missing.

It's a critically issue and we would highly appreciate your prompt feedback.

Vendor's QM > Insp. control is Inspection active, if vendor is not certified?

Yes, QM info-record has "Inspection Active, if Vendor is not certified"

I see this error only when I am doing second GR with same batch.

e.g.:  'Without lot: Blocked stock'

F1 Help:

"Control if Certificate Is Not Available

Type of control used by the system if the certificate required at goods
receipt is not provided. The deciding factor is whether or not an
inspection lot is created at goods receipt.

The system allows for the following cases:

- With lot: Status in inspection lot      Without lot: Blocked stock

- With lot: Status in inspection lot      Without lot: Error message

- With lot: Error message                 Without lot: Blocked stock

- With lot: Error message                 Without lot: Error message

- With lot: Status, no skip-to-stock      Without lot: Blocked stock

- With lot: Status, no skip-to-stock      Without lot: Error message

- Warning

- Information

Dependencies

If you set the indicator Inspection lot for several material items in the material master,
in certain circumstances the system does not create an inspection lot when a partial or
follow-up delivery is received. As a result, the system sends an error message.

Natalia,

We have "Without lot : Error Message, with lot: Status"

When we perform a second GR, we do mention Certificate provided as "Yes". My understanding is as long as we confirm the certificate, we shouldn't be getting this error.
