SAP HANA Cloud Portal : Difference between HANA cloud portal trial version and licence version

Hi Experts,

I am currently working on HCP trial version and i want to know what is the difference between trial version and licence version.

Hi Mithun,

The HANA Cloud Portal trial and productive versions are identical in terms of feature set. The only difference is the resources available in your trial for instance, you cannot create more than 1 portal admin, up to 10 portal sites and of course trial is for learning purposes and not for productive use.

Thanks Ifat,

I need to clarify that using the trial version can i achieve the below development.

1) Create New Ticket: A form allowing users to create new tickets.

2) Open Tickets: A list of a user's new and in process tickets.

3) Need Confirmation: A list of a user's tickets that need to be confirmed by the user.

4) High Priority: A list of a user's high priority, unsolved tickets.

5) Recent Updates: A list of a user's unsolved tickets with no agent activity for the last 7 days.

6) All Tickets: A list of all tickets a user created via the portal (filter by priority, status, date).

7) Ticket Details: A detailed view on specific ticket and all its information.

Is it possible the above development using trial version?

If Yes than how?

If No than what is the alternative way to achieve this?
