As such change creates a change request you should be able to find it in SE10.
in SE10 chose from menu GOTO > objects in request
In the next screen enter a new entry below the proposed. Enter TDAT and hit enter and then select this new entry and enter ADDRESS in the empty field right of your selection.
In the result you need to double click the Request and then again the object VC_T001L
and you will see the content.
The number you will see is a combination of client, plant, storage location and address number, like the fields are in table TWLAD.
