SAP update manager file is blank

Hi all,

We are in the process of installing SAP Mobile documents server.

right now, we are trying to install SAP Update manager using http://service.sap.com/sltoolset

But in the download page I cannot find any file.

We are installing it on Windows 2012 server.

Hello Suraj,

This is a strange issue indeed. The possible issues/solutions may be:

- No license in place (i.e. no download access to this package) --> please contact your local SAP Account Manager to request this.

- Unsupported browser used to access Service Marketplace --> Please use an alternative browser

- The SAP Update Manager has gone through several updates over the last few days. It may be the reason you could not download it --> Please tra again.

Hi Jonathan,

I tried again after a few days, and I found the desired software.It was definitely due to an update.

And have continued with setup successfully.
