"Technical Rfx" button in two bid Rfx not working while opening via NWBC,but working fine in Enterprise Portal

Hi,

When we  clicked on "Technical Rfx " button in two bid rfx to upload technical docs in C-Folder from purchaser side via NWBC blank page is appearing.However, while opening the same button via EP(Enterprise Portal) it is working perfectly fine as it redirects to C-Folder correctly.Can you please suggest what could  be the reason for this.Is there any different config if I want to open it via NWBC link ?

Hi Veera,

The portal role that was assigned to the Vendor is:


Bidder - EHP1  pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.srm.srm70/com.sap.pct.srm.fl_ehp1/com.sap.pct.srm.srm70.fl_core/com.sap.pct.srm.srm70.fl_role


RFx Respondent

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.srm.srm70/com.sap.pct.srm.core.fl_core/com.sap.pct.srm.core.fl_roles


We assigned following PFCG roles to the vendor


/SAPPSSRM/BIDDER_EHP1

/SAPSRM/BIDDER_EHP1

SAP_CFX_COMP_CREATOR

SAP_CFX_USER


While clicking on  "Technical Rfx Response" via NWBC from vendor side,a blank page appearing

with  link http://xxxx.com:1080/sap/bc/nwbc/?sap-nwbc-node=app_window_body


The result is same if you click on "Technical Rfx " button from purchaser side.


Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

The problem is resolved.It was a browser issue.In IE it is working perfectly fine via NWBC as well.

Hello,

       Can you check if the portal roles assigned to the user and roles on back-end(SRM GUI) are the same. Also can you check the URL in nwbc which is getting launched and put the URL here. With this we can provide better troubleshooting.
