Step views in Create incident

Hi All,

In the Requestor role (end user), there are 5 steps to create an Incident. Is it possible to hide 1 or 2 views (steps) which is not relevant to customer requirement thru customization.

Hi Giridhargopal,

Yes it is possible and very easy in solman 7.1.

first switch on the configuration mode in SM_CRM in the personalize options and then make the changes.

make sure you copy it to z* business role instead of modifying in SOLMANREQU Business Role.

HINT - In your case you have to do for entire Step therefore use the Configure page option rather than field
