How to pull reports module wise from Service desk.

Hi Experts,

    As I am trying to pull the reports from service desk based on Modules. But I don't have any clue on how to pull the report as the customer is asking for the report very specifically.

Hi Vishal,

In solman 7.1 version you use transaction SM_CRM

There is a standard field SAP Component which is captured whenever incident is created and basically belongs to the SAP module.

further can check my article

thus, build a report for this in SM_CRM and this should resolve

Dear Prakhar,

    Thanks for the quick help.

But I need the report to be generated on the basis of SAP components for the total number of tickets & as per the above link i could generate the report based on Created On & Status.

HI vishal,

please choose the search criteria as SAP Component from the Drop down as I have shown below and then you can use the filter as per requirement
