Multiple integration engine in sap pi 7.0

Hello Everyone,

I have sap pi server(ver 7.0) with one integration engine(ABAP stack) and one adapter engine(JAVA stack). Now i have to add up one more integration engine in the same server.

Is it possible to configure one more integration engine in the same pi server? If so, then please suggest the process so that i can access both integration engine from the same SLD(business system and technical system).

Hi Ashmita, In an SAP system, you can have only one client act as Integration Server (or Engine). Other clients cannot act as IEs.
