Automatic Email Alert for EWA Report Not working

Hi Experts,

I am facing some problem to receive EWA Alert via email automatically from Solaution Manager.

I Have configured " Configure Automatic Reports Mailing" through System Monitoring->Setup->System Monitoring->

As shown below screen shot .

I Have checked SCOT & everything is fine i am able send test email sucessfully without any error .

I have also received EWA Alert on my email  by forcefully push start send process button in SCOT as shown below screen shot.

Everything working fine , but i am not receiving this report automatically on my email .

What is the issue , please guide me did i missed any steps or anything else.

Hello Shuai,

You dont have authorization for system monitoring workcenter.Assign these roles to your user and then check

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_SYSMON

SAP_SMWORK_SYS_ADMIN

SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON

SAP_SMWORK_SYS_MON_SPC

I have checked Routing Test in SCOT ..everything green as shown below .

Hi Sanjiv.

Aldo so check if the EWA reports are generated in solman_workcenter.

If yes do one more thing check the Tablespaces size in DBACOCKPIT. As i have seen sometime due to tablespace full the Alerting and EWA  are not sent.

Hello All ,

I have troubleshooted some steps .

i think SAPCONNECT ALL SEND/SAPCONNECT Background job not defined ..

Now I re-create & scheduled  SAPCONNECT ALL SEND/SAPCONNECT job with time period 5 minutes .

I mean to say his job run every 5 minutes  & connect SAP Connect to every 5 Minutes & push all email to its recipient which are in queue.

Now i send test email to my self & i received it after 5 minutes .. without any manually start send process button in SCOT.

maybe my issue is resolve & but let me check will i received EWA Alert next week on Monday as i scheduled EWA Report on every Monday .

Let me monitor the same till then i putting this thread under observation .. & i will close the same on next week when i will received EWA Alert on my email automatically .
