Mobile app doesnot recognize SSO password for SMP server 3.0

Hi All,

We are using SMP server 3.0 with agentry and Iphone as end device.

when user change his SSO password, user is unable to login with new password, but able to log in with old password.

when trying to transmit the data to SAP - error - 'Invalid username and password'.

please suggest - if this problem solves by choosing 'reset the client' option from iphone.

Please refer SAP Note 2056847, where the users password contains special characters.

We already have the Note 2056847 implemented.

The problem is when user changes the password - app doesnt recognize the new password, but works with old password.

when transmitting got error.

Need confirmation, if that works when choosing reset client option and try logging in.

Hello,

Please verify the class path - ensure the jar mentioned in the beginning of class path. Also ensure you have SAP Note 2043172 implemented.

Just to check with you, this 2056847 note, is it for SMP 3.0 or SMP 2.3? We're applying it on SMP 2.3 and it doesn't seem to work for special characters in password.

There are 2 jars released with 2056847 SAP Note:

SPS-630.jar for SMP2.3

SPS-445.jar for SMP3.0.
