How define appraiser in the appraisal template

Dear all,

We have created an appraisal form, but we want to know how define the role for each appraiser? How we can assign a role to a special position of our organizational chart? Actually, this position need to be assigned in one of the steps of our appraisal catalog status flow to approve or reject the filled appraisal form.

on the category in the catalog you define as extension: Default appraiser - Manager
