Hi Saurabh,

Can you please confirm that Package server has been configured and it's port is open in firewall? Is there any error in Afaria server log?

Thanks,

Hi Saurabh,

Above error is for iOS device - check if CA Root cert has been installed on Enrollment server's local machine certificate store. There are couple KBA articles to resolve this error.

For Android device not getting package server detail issue, I came to know that API code has been provided to John Taylor. He will update you as he's looking into it.

thanks,
