Hi,

Check few things,

1)     Check that your input template is not protected.

2)     If it is  protected then first unlock it then only edit options will enable for you. Do your changes             and then again lock.

3)     If you input template is not protected then check task profile which is assigned to user and he               has access to edit existing reports/ Input schedules.

4)     If he has access to edit reports and Input schedules then Kindly check that is there are any                        microsoft  updates are installed (KB2553154). If theseupdates are installed then try to uninstall                        the Microsoft update "Security update and restart your PC.

          Also go through below links.

FORMAT to increase column width and Nested IF

SAP EPM 10 8586 context not locking on Excel 2013 64 bit after ms updates

EPM Add in is not working properly

Re: EPM "Edit Report" is grayed out

5)     Once edit report is enable for you then also  you can use report specific options then Go to edit              option and check report specific option. Unchecke Inherit sheet options and do check              mark                  use input form

Hope this will solve your problem.

Hi Bertin,

I think your issue is caused by a Microsoft update.

SAP Note:

2107965 - Issues in EPM Add-in after installing Microsoft updates

Workaround from SAP:

Delete any "MSForms.exd" files in any subfolder of the "C:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\Local\Temp\" folder.

Depending on the specific applications installed on your desktop you may find this file in a variety of sub-folders:

  • C:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\Local\Temp\Excel8.0\MSForms.exd
  • C:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\Local\Temp\VBE\MSForms.exd
  • C:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\Local\Temp\Word8.0\MSForms.exd
  • C:\Users\[user.name]\AppData\Local\Temp\2\Excel8.0\MSForms.exd

etc...
