Workitem won’t disappear when Purchase Requisition is rejected

Hi,

When I try to Approve a PR via LaunchPad it shows a success message in the UI side saying Purchase Requisition has been approved and the workitem disappears from the users inbox.

but on Reject, the Item stays there. only upon refresh  it is only disappearing from the inbox.

we are on UIX01EAP SP04 and  GBAPP002 SP04

I tried to inspect using chrome browser, but it did not yield and error, while rejecting and even after refresh.

the above console S.S shows that it was successful (Post) and it resulted GET,

second GET is for Refreshing the Search.  

could any shed some light to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi George,

GBAPP002 SP07 is the correct support package level.

App Implementation: Approve Requisitions - SAP Fiori Apps - SAP Library

If you use custom workflow template, please test if rejection works with the standard workflow template.

The issue might be in your custom workflow template.
