Find the user who has deleted material cost run

Hi Experts,

We know users can delete material cost run via tcode CKR1. Last day we found the some materials cost run has been deleted and we want to find out when it has been deleted and by which users. Please help me to find it.

Hello Asad,

Apart from Sunil suggestion you can check on transaction ST03N which users executed the CRK1 transaction on a period of time.

There is a possibility to log the changes on a table. You have to set the parameter rec/client with the value of the client you want to log and set the option 'Log data changes' for the table you want to log (in your case the one that is modified on transaction CRK1) on transaction SE13.

Be aware that enabling the logging changes option has an impact on the system performance that has to be analyze before enabling the parameter rec/client.

if you have configured security audit in SM19 then you should be able to trace in SM20 who executed the transaction CKR1. Also in tcode STAD you should be able to trace who ran transaction CKR1. I am not sure if the table logging is possible for this kind of table, please check with function team. It also depends on the table size and the changes made to the table.
