SMQ2 queue stuck in Ready status

Hi Experts,

My scenario is from ECC(RFC/PROXY) to PI Quality system when ever message processed from ECC to PI messages are stuck at ECC SMQ2 queues in READY Status. They won't process automatically untill I release or unlock those queues. Once queues are released  the message processed successfully.

Can you please suggest what changes I need to do to process those message automatically from Queues.

just to reiterate Please go through below link

PI Queue Registration - Configuring Process Integration (PI) After Installation - SAP Library

this activity must be performed inorder to register the queues.

are you getting this error after registering the queues also.

Hi,

Please go and register the queues under sxmb_adm.

Under Manage queues. Just say Register Queues.

Please deregister the queues and register them again.
