SAP Error: BP185 in CJ34

Hi Experts!!

I am trying to transfer budget using CJ34 from one project to another project but system is showing error "BP185: WBS is locked". I have checked thoroughly all the WBS Elements system and user status, everything appears to be fine. The budget I am trying to transfer is from "Level 5" to "Level 7" where it gives error but if I change the receiver to "Level 6" there are no errors..

Is there anything I am missing or is it the usual system behavior??

Hello,

can you share screenshot for receiver wbs whether you want to transfer budget.

if system is indicating like wbs have CLSD status that means that is block to any activity.

check below option if BMLK is active on that wbs.

Edit>Status>Unlock>Budget

I have checked it, the WBS Element is not locked or closed.

When I double-click the red error-button, the performance assistance window shows the error as BP185.
