BO Mobi App crashing

We are currently using iPad (IOS 7) and BI Mobi App version 6.1.9, and all of a sudden App crashes while trying to refresh / fetch some of the reports based on BW / BEx queries. There are a few BW variable prompts being used in these reports and soon .This is not the case with all the reports based .

Error: Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSRangeException',.... index beyond bounds [0..0]

This is definitely not a expected behavior. I would suggest you to raise a support ticket for the same.

Hi,

Thanks. We had to remove interval prompts at BEx level itself, so that we can continue with our development work. However, the RCA is still pending.
