SAP PI transport issue?

Hi All,

Earlier we have transported ESR objects using file transport mechanism,now when we are trying the transport the modified objects in ESR using CTS and we are getting error.?So my doubt is that if we use two different mechanisms do we get any issue?

Looks like it could be a program error with CTS+. See if the following SAP note is applicable to your system:

Hello Vikram,

AFAIK there should not be any issue with change in type of transport.

Are you able to do CTS+ for other objects in ESR / ID?

Did you check if the ESR object that you are trying to import has any dependency ?

Open the SWCV and see if there is any Underlying SWCV for it. If yes, then you need to move the dependent objects too.

Thanks for replying, actually i had changed the XSD structure which i re-imported to the external definition and i had mapped those extra fileds as well. I tried transporting whole underlying objects(SI,MM,OM)under that namespace,but issue persists.

Can you suggest me where else i can check dependencies other than where-used-list option.
