Hi Experts,
Just thinking if there is a way to trigger alerts if messages are in 'Scheduled' (PIMON) State for more than certain limit (Example: 10 mins)?
System version: SAP PI 7.31 SP07
Scenario: ICO (AAE)
Thanks,
Sandeep.
Hi Sandeep,
AFAIK there is no standard option to notify for Schedule Messages
Did you try to find the root cause for the messages going in Schedule status?

Azhar

Hi Sandeep,
There is a backlog alerting available on PI 7.1, not sure if it is available in single stack PI 7.31. The CCMS alert configuration for PI 7.31 doesn't specify, so test it out.
If you or DBA can write scripts to pull information from the database, look for querying against STATUS and SENT_RECV_TIME fields in BC_MSG table and get alerted when your defined threshold hits.
regards
