Moving Crystal Reports from one Server to Another

I am new to Central Management Console and Crystal Reports and was wondering if someone could help me.

My co-workers keep referring to copying Crystal Reports from our Production Server to our Test Server, however, they don't seem to want to tell me exactly how it is done.  That is, a step by step list of instructions.  I have looked on the Internet and on the SAP site with no luck.  Every time I think I have something I am forced to enter in a user id and password.

Depending on the version of the Crystal Reports and BOE servers you use - the tools for this will be different.
