Hi Experts,

I'm facing a problem with our PI 7.4 Java only system where by the Mapping Runtime Cache is not getting updated.

I have already tried a full CPA Cache refresh and this did not help.

I also tried to a Mapping Runtime Cache Refresh through this screen:

However this only gives me a 500 Internal Server Error.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Krishneel

Hi,

Please check:

Point 2: NWA XPI Service: AII Config Service

  1. Log on to the SAP NetWeaver Administrator (http://<server>:<port>/nwa). Under "Configuration Management --> Infrastructure --> Java System Properties --> XPI Service: AII Config Service",
change the password of relevant PI* User. e.g. com.sap.aii.directory.serviceuser.pwd.SLD Data Supplier in the J2EE

The password for the technical user used for the mapping cache refresh is hard coded into this parameter. This should solve your issue

Ross
