Hi Victor,

please check if you have already made those basis settings:

1. in the SCOT screen double click on the SMTP node

in the pop-up screen: SAPConnect General node data you have to set

[General Information Box]

1a. set a description (eg: mail server)

1b. define the maximum waiting time for repeat send procedure

[SMTP Connection Box]

2a. set the FQDN of your smtp server (your SAP server or the relay server)

2b. set the mail port (25 is the default one)

2c. set 0 No Convesion

[Supported address types]

push the button Set corresping the internet settings, you will have a new pop called SAPConnect Adress type for node:

[Address area Box]

3a. Set a * if you do not want to define limit otherwise define the domin availble for sending mail

Press continue

Pess continue (again in the first pop-up)

In the Setting menu chose the Default domain and in the pop-up set you domain name (eg: yourdomainname.com)

After those settings please remember to set the user master record settings in SU01 for each user who sends mail you have to define the e-mail in the [Communication Box]
