Dear All,
The "Import" sub workset is missing in the social contact intelligence screen.
What can be the pre requisite to activate this sub workset ?

Hello Santosh,
The subworkset for Social Contact Intelligence can be activated using the Customer Engagement Intelligence RDS - not the HANA live RDS.
Are you implementing HANA live or CEI ?

We are implementing Customer Engagement Intelligence RDS... Mistakenly posted the query in SAP HANA Live Wanted to post the it in SAP RDS, but before that we found the solution for this.
"Import" button started appearing after assigning "SAP_CUSTOMER_ENG_INT_KEY_USER" role to the user
