SARA: Measurement Documents cannot be deleted.

Hi

The archiving program for PM_IMRG (Measurement Documents), is not selecting or marking the measurement documents with a deletion indicator.

Transaction: SARA

Program: RIARCMRP (Pre-processing)

Archiving Object: PM_IMRG

Output of RIARCMRP

Number of selected measuring points: 14

Number of selected measurement documents: 0

Deletion indicator set/possible for 0 measurement documents (s)

The associated equipment has been marked with status DLFL (deletion flag).

The REVERSAL indicator on the measurement documents have been set.

The measuring points have all been marked as INACTIVE

The input values for RIARCMRP is the measuring point documents.  Options = Test Run.

All other possible archived objects PM_MPLAN, PM_ORDER, PM_QMEL have been archived for the equipment.

Can anyone help me to determine why the pre-processing archiving program is NOT selecting the measurement documents and setting the deletion indicator.

The outcome was there was notifications attached to measuring documents that had at one time been

on the equipment that I am trying to archive. This is preventing program RIARCMRP.

Hi Liza,

Can you do using below steps ?

Measurement Document

1. Run program RIARCMRP via SE38 transaction and enter in the Measurement Point. Set the Deletion Flag

2. Run program RIARCMRA via SE38 transaction and enter in the Measurement Point.Create Archiving File and Deletion Session 

3. Then execute program RIARCMRD via SE38 transaction, which will create a file

Let us know whether you are able to delete.

Thanks for responding.

My issue is with step 1.  When I run program RIARCMRP, the deletion flag is not being set.  The program does not display any error messages.

Output of RIARCMRP

Number of selected measuring points: 14

Number of selected measurement documents: 0

Deletion indicator set/possible for 9 measurement documents (s).

Kindly do all the steps.

Since you have executed the first program, check in IK13 the document should be set with deleted status.
