Deletion of sampling procedure is not possible

Hi,

I am trying to delete a sampling procedure using QDV2 tcode. System issues message 'The sampling procedure cannot be deleted, as it is already used in an inspection plan'.

I checked in QDV6 tranaction 'Whereused list' for sampling procedure but ther eis no usage found.

I see in PLMK table . It displays assigned to a INspection Plan but deletion indicator is also on at the same time for this in Table PLMK..

How this samling procedure can be deleted?

To add some more information: if you check the SAP help on the indicator, it clearly say: "This indicator cannot be reset".

So it is a bit unclear labeled and should better be named to: In use/has been used in inspection plan.

Try to delete the task list by CA98/QSR6 firstly.

Hi Manoj,

Apart from what Anand said, you can activate the usage indicator no use in inspection plan in QDV2.

With this indicator this sampling procedure can not be used in inspection plan in future.

Hi Manoj, If it has been used earlier then you can not delete it. Try for changing its description as Do Not Use if it is no more required to be used.
