DSO activation and data content deletion steps failed with SQL Error: SQL0952N

Hi,

We have an issue with DSO activation and data content deletion steps , we are getting a error "SQL Error: SQL0952N  Processing was cancelled due to an interrupt.  SQLSTATE=57014"

And also giving a short dump with Runtime error  "Exception condition "INHERITED_ERROR" raised."

DSO activation will be completing in the target, but activation job log will get failed with the above errors.

If we manually rerun the job then activation job will get finished without any issue..but we need to find the permanent solution for this issue.

Please help.

Agree with Bernhard, look more like a DB side timeout.

Hi Praveen,

To me the described problem rather seems to be database than BW related. Thus I would recommend to check this with your database administrator.

If you are using a DB6 database the following SAP note might be helpful:
