TMS import data missing

Dear Experts,

While transferring any TR from Development to quality, the import and testing is happening successfully, But while importing in production , the import is happening successfully, but so many configuration are missing in production.

Ex: If a SPRO configuration is transferring to quality and production, the import and testing is successfully done in quality, but in production the configuration is missing. why?

Not much information here, but there can be multiple reasons, like transport sequence issues, have you checked the transport logs for errors?, also have you compared the stack in QA and PRD?..

You have not stated what was on the transport but you might want to check stuff like inactive business packaged on the Switch Framework, etc..

Thanks for your help, one of our switch framework enterprise_extension was not enabled.Now the things are working fine.

We found something like, when our consultants are doing configuration in english login and transalating to arabic, the TR is importing sucessfully everywhere.But if they are login with arabic language and configuring after that if we are importing, the datas are missing. why?

Hi,

If the configuration of changes are more or many tables changes will not get import successfully even though import logs shows any error information.

Please divide your configuration part in chunks and do the development in individual transports and import it.

Hi Prathish,

Try reimporting the transports with selecting more check boxes in options tab, like

- Leave Transport Request in queue for later import

- Import transport request again

- Overwrite originals

- Overwrite objects in unconfirmed repairs

- ignore invalid component version

Please check the corresponding program which was imported may be the changes was inactive in Production.Check the status in quality and production as well.
