Approver is unable to approve the request

Hi There,

     We have implemented SAP GRC AC 10.0 and are on SP13. We have configured Workflow for Access Control. The user is able to raise the request,  but when the approver in the 1st Stage tries to approve the request, the request gets stuck. No Error Message. Literally no movement at all. Could anyone tell me where have I gone wrong?

I have solved the problem. The Connector was removed from the Connector Scenario Link. I added it back and now its fine.

Hi Mohamed,

Further details and screens would be helpful.

However, in case you have no issues in your workflows as such, then you can perform following checks now:

1. Troubleshoot the workflow to see where exactly it gets stuck

2. Ensure all post installation related "Automatic workflow customizing" and "task-specific customizing" is complete

3. The user responsible for workflows (usually wf-batch) is valid and not locked.

4. RFCs are all functioning and giving response

Hi Mohamed,

Is there any chance you could share screenshots of the following?

1) Audit log

2) Entries in SLG1 - which occur at the time of approval

3) Basic workflow set up in MSMP - Also if you are using standard delivered agents or custom agents.

Also, if you feel the configuration is fine, then you may wish to try reactivating the actual workflow.
