Transactional date has been lost after sharing of template

In Excel sheet when I tried to share the created one template to other then it shared with others but failed to see the transactional data in that template...

what may be the problem behind it? Could any body please provide the ideas to resolve this issue?

Thanks Yeu for your response. The Shared user has the visibility and he is able to see the data by referring the template. But he is not able to see the data in that shared template.

Hello,

Did the shared user have visibility access to the KF in the planning view?

If have the access, ask the shared user create a new planning view referencing to the template and see if the data is seen.
