PS - Block budget for supplements or returns

Hi,

I have the requirement from business to block a project for changes in the budget. I mean a way to control that no one can enter supplements or returns.

Is there any way somone of you know to do this?

Hi Jorge,

Using User Status you can block Budget update through supplement or return.

You can active system status BMLK - Edit>Status>lock>Budget.

This time I like the option from Maria, just set BMLK system status for relevant WBS.

Hi Jorge,

The easiest way of stopping would be to take off the access to Budget supplements or returns transactions from the users ( if no one is suppose to use these t-codes)..

The other way would be to create a user status which forbids Budget Supplements and Returns and assign an Auth Key, So that only authorized persons can change the user status..
