Hi Friends,
By mistake user has cleared the inspection lots, now we want to delete that inspection lot from the data base. like this we have 20 inspection lots, so as i understand from SDN that can be possible through archiving process
here i am not aware of the archiving process but i learnt the procedure by reading the documents, But my concern is what are the CUSTOMIZING settings i need to do ?
how to configure the content repository ? please guide me any document will be appreciative

I'm not sure if I totally understood your question, but:
From the inspection lot display transaction QA03 you can search the archive using the search help Inspection Lot Using Archive.
It's prerequisites is that an active info structure exists for the field catalog SAP_QM_CONTROL1. This info structure is stored in the background in the search help Inspection Lot Using Archive.

The report program for archiving is RQRQAB10.
