Billing Document Number not getting updated in Tables

Hi Gurus,

I have a ticket where the User is trying to create a CM for a CMR from VF04. He successfully does that and document number also gets generated. But when the same doc is checked in VF03 or the Tables -VBRK/VBRP, error message - this document does not exist pops up.

I am unable to replicate the scenario in Non Production systems as things are working fine here. Can anyone please help me.

Hi Shilpi,

This could be due to update termination error.

I would request you to check transaction ST22 for the possible root cause (ABAP help). BASIS team can also help you with transaction SM13.

Such scenarios are almost impossible to replicate in non-production system.

Kindly let us know your findings and resolutions, if found.
