Alerts in SOLMAN projects

Hello experts,

I was wondering if its possible to configure alerts inside a project roadmap. My team is documenting their projects using SOLAR01 and RMMAIN, but our PMO doesnt have any visibility when he tries to identify when are they uploading new content. So my question is, is it possible to configure other type of alerts? like everytime a user uploads new content on specific project, the PMO receives a notification via email.
