Hi Experts,

The flat file transaction data has been loaded successfully into PSA. now It is going to load cube but for some fields contains the below error in the dtp request for your reference please check the below pasted screen shot.

As per my understanding the data conversion techniques was handled by system itself, please suggest me for any other programs manual maintenance required,

Thanks in advance.

Edu

Hi Edu,

Recently I wrote a blog Introducing an Add-on for Cleansing Character Strings and a document Implementing an Add-on for Cleansing Character Strings around this topic. Please try out the Character String Cleansing Add-on.

Best regards,

Hi

Do check whether you have checked the Lowercase Letters box while creating Infoobject

Hope this helps

Hi,

From you message the invalid value should be the lower case character "une" in the word "Pune".

As the valid character listed are all Upper case.

You can:

1) Configure to accept lower case

2) Update the data file, covert all lower case character to upper case

3) Modify the transformation to convert the character to upper case

Let us know what you want to do, and we can provide some details to you.

Regards

Bill

Hi Edu,

Can you share your error screen shot form dtp monitor.

Above messae you may see when your records have invalid char or bad data.

based on error you can find which is the bad or invalid data record.

Later you can make loaded request red at cube level and delete request.

After that at PSA find the invalid data record and edit, save it.

Later re run your dtp.

Thanks

Hi,

There is an invalid character error. so initially make the previous request red in DTP.

Then edit the PSA and remove that invalid character. reload the data.

Thanks,

In the DTP , update tab change the Error Handling to ' Request Green , reporting poosible' and load the DTP .  After this in the DTP monitor , go to error stack , the error records will be in error stck , correct the records here and run the error DTP . This will load all your data .
