QI is Active (Inspe type 04)- GR for prod order -due to that TR to TO not happening

Hi Experts,

Performing GR for production order thru CO15, after that header material stock comes to 9** ST.

Quality Inspection is Active -  due to that TR to TO not happening, and the stock are lying @ 9** ST.(NOT in quality)

But able to post manually using LT04 with few radio button options, and need to manually select " place in to stock ".

What is the STD SAP steps to be followed inorder to convert TR to TO automatically in this case or any configuration missing.

Based on your setting of Quality Inspection sample control either the stock will come to 917 or if that is not defined then it should come in 901 with inspection lot. You need to provide few more detail (eg. setting in LE---WM---INTERFACE-----Define Quality)  and bit more clarity about whether it is coming in 901 or 917 to  do analysis and suggest you the root cause

with regard to TR--TO , check your storage type search strategy and automatic TO in the Movement type (103), As a part of production receipt you receive the stock on 901(SAP standard) and then you need to configure your system to create a transfer order from 901 to physical bin

Please find the required detail.

It is similiar to the issue in the below link, only differance is here it is production order and there it was PO. other differance is material used in production order has inpection type 04, please refer the snap shot.( in the PO case it had the tick in Post to insp stock), Tested by selecting the tick also, when tick is there, it gets posted correctly Auto TR to TO, but stock is in quality and inspection lots are created, which i believe its wrong way to do.( since AS IS process is without tick)- Without the tick also inspection lot created with status REL  CALC SPRQ PRII QLCH, but stock is NOT in quality,just interim bin.

Search strategy is fine, why do you require automatic TO?in T333? As we always use the immediate TO -T321

Once done the GRN against the production order. inspection lot and TR gets generated so what you can do before accepting the inspection lot, you can create TO based on the TR.
