Repair History of Equipments/F.Loc in Work Manager 6.2

Hi All,

In the latest Work manager 6.2 application, one of the new features according to the userguide for Tablet is the related orders/order history of Equipment and Functional Location in respective Equipment detail and FLoc detail screen.

But this feature could not be seen in the application. Also could not find the relevant screens/fields in Agentry.

Please clarify if the feature is available in WM6.2 or it will be released in the future release.

Excerpt from Tablet userguide:

"When you select a piece of equipment, you can view its related orders and order history from the

Equipment Detail screen. Note that only orders that have already been downloaded to your device are

displayed when you view related orders."

"When you select a functional location, you can view its related orders and order history from the FuncLoc

Detail screen. Note that only orders that have already been downloaded to your device are displayed

In the WO detail screen , there is a link called History, if you click on it, you will get this screen:

This option is not available from FLOC Work list..

Cany you clarify precisely what feature you are looking for?

.

a)  Are you looking for WO which have been created for the Equipment and have been completed?

b) Are you looking for change log of Equipment

The Equipment change log is not supported in Product. The term "Equipment History" usually refers to WO that had been completed (Repair History). You can find this history in WO Object --> History tab.
