User Authorization Error 'KEYFIGURES_NOT_CONFIGURED'

In IBP 4.0 FP1, we've created a role with permissions to view and manage master data, data import permissions, etc. Assigned 'View All Data' visibility filter. But when the user tries to login to the excel UI, an authorization error pops up 'KEYFIGURES_NOT_CONFIGURED'.

The key figures are configured but has no data. Time Profile and some Master data have data. Has anyone come across this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi Anand,

I've encountered this error in the past. Typically it means you have not assigned any key figures to a user role.

The All_Inclusive role needs not add any key figures as it gets access to all of them. Other user roles created however need to have each desired key figure added to the desired role before you can see them in Excel.
