SSO not working when I use Load balancer address?

Someone help me out.. I'm so perplex why SSO is not working when I use cisco load balancer address but it work individual ITS addresses. Is the load balance not forwarding the sso ticket to the proper location?

that sounds like your URLs don't match.

By default the SSO logon tickets are sent to the domain of the individual ITS addresses. If these don't match with the domain of your Load Balancer you found your problem.

Do you use ITS 6.20 or ITS 6.40? Because the solution looks different for both versions.
