SAP BW 7.4 SP9 without HANA

Hello Guys,

We are trying to do a brand new implementation in SAP BW.

We want to go with latest version BW 7.4 SP9 but without HANA . Is it possible to go without HANA on 7.4 Version .

What are the pros & Cons on it ?

Hi Rakesh,

It is ok to implement BW7.4 SP9. However, to make full use of BW 7.4, HANA is necessary which has great number ABAP interfaces to optimize the OLTP and OLAP.

Hi Rakesh,

I guess there is no restriction for DB, but you'd better choose the relative latest version.
