We were getting issue "Service Interface - Proxy out of Date" and resolved by regenerating the proxy
Could you please let me know reason why we would we get this?

Plz check the structure in Pi side (any one missed),
Make sure that all structures in proxy are active and recreated proxy objects .

It might be due to proxy structure changes in PI, if any changes in the structure it be should be regenerated in ABAP.
